October 2012 Recap

October was a fun and busy month!

The first weekend, we traveled up to Lexington, KY to visit my sister, Jessica, and her family. They moved up to KY in the summer so this was our first time visiting their new home. It was a big "Doyle" family weekend because mom, dad, Leah, Tommy, and Hayden, all made the trip too! We enjoyed spending time with family and getting to see where Jessica is living now.

Kentucky has beautiful countryside and lots of horse farms to admire. Jessica drove us around to see the sites while the kids were in school on Friday.

When Braeden and Nicholas got out of school,
we went to an apple orchard to have some fun and pick some apples.
(Ashton is the football manager and had to stay after school for the game.
We did not leave her out, she was just busy.)

On Saturday, we all got dressed in our maroon and white for the MSU/Kentucky football game! Thanks everyone for supporting our bulldogs!

We enjoyed a big brunch and headed to the game!

The bulldogs win again!! 5-0!

It was a great weekend and definitely worth the long drive to spend good quality time with family! I'm so glad we have made it a priority to get together more recently.

The next weekend we traveled to Starkville for the MSU vs. Tennessee game. We tailgated before the game and then meet up with Jeremy's parents. They sat with us for the game. It was fun to have them both there!

Other happenings in October...

I went to the Canton Flea Market for the first time ever with two of my co-workers. We had a blast checking out all the crafts and fall decor! I will be going back but probably not this spring. I'll be a little preoccupied with the baby!

Jeremy's birthday was on the 22nd and he turned 28 years old! We didn't do anything exciting since it was on a Monday.

The bulldogs played two more games and won...7-0! Leading up to playing #1 Alabama.
